I had a wonderful stay at the Saigon’s Book Hotel Dalat. The rooms were modern and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite due to the unavailability of a deluxe room. The location of the hotel was also great, with a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful lake just a short walk away. The hotel, being only one year old, had a fresh and new feel to it.

One drawback was the limited breakfast options, which required an additional payment. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of choices included in the room rate.

The noise level in the hotel is unbearable. I could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me, making it difficult to sleep at night.
